Since 1980, KOAPA (renamed CREDAI Bengaluru on Feb 1st, 2011) has safeguarded the interests of real estate developers and builders while protecting the rights of buyers and home owners around the state of Karnataka.
CREDAI Bengaluru is an exclusive body that grants membership by invitation alone. Invitation is extended to formally established companies with successful projects underway.
CREDAI Bengaluru gives voice to its members and is responsible for communicating with Government Agencies, Trade Bodies and other Authorities on issues directly affecting the sector. Apart from Bengaluru, the association also addresses District level problems, through its District Association Membership route. Members meet on a regular basis to share industry information, address and resolve any concerns.
Bengaluru's vertical growth spree can be attributed to the foresight of CREDAI's eight founders, who set the path for real estate developers across the state.
